Refund Policy

To start a return or refund request, please contact us at support@faithsprout.org and our support team will be happy to assist you.


Order Cancellation

We work quickly to process and ship orders so you receive your items as soon as possible.

If you’d like to cancel your order:

• If your order has already been shipped or is in the process of being fulfilled, we’re unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy below for available options.


Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.


UNUSED ITEMS

To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Please note:
• Expedited shipping and shipping protection are non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled.


USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We do not accept physical returns for used or damaged items. However, we may still offer a refund or replacement.

To process this, please contact support@faithsprout.org with:

• The quantity of items affected
• Clear photo evidence showing the condition


Special Offers & Add-On Items

If your order included special promotions or add-on products (such as limited-time offers or discounted bundles), the following applies:

• These offers are only valid when the original purchase is kept
• Discounted pricing is dependent on maintaining the initial order

Return options:

• You may return only the add-on item(s)
• You may return both the main item and add-on(s) together
• You cannot return the main item while keeping discounted add-ons

This policy helps us continue offering exclusive promotions fairly.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To begin a return, please email support@faithsprout.org for instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please do not send packages requiring a signature upon delivery, as this may delay processing.


Failed or Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused or rejected upon delivery are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.

If your order fails delivery, contact us and we will verify your details to arrange one free reshipment.

If the second delivery attempt fails, we will not offer additional reshipments or refunds.


Important Notes

• All items (including free gifts) must be returned to qualify for a full refund
• Orders that result in chargebacks are not eligible for refunds


Damaged or Defective Items

While we stand by the quality of our products, damage can occasionally occur during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@faithsprout.org within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.

We will gladly offer either:

• A free replacement
• A full refund

Additional verification may be requested if necessary.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, please return the original item first. Once approved, you may place a new order.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are not covered for exchanges


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

• If you contact us before shipment, we can update your address
• Once shipped, we cannot modify the address

In this case, you may contact the shipping carrier to request a reroute.

For USPS shipments, you may use their Package Intercept service.


Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

We recommend:

• Contacting your local post office
• Filing a report with local authorities

Any replacements or refunds in these cases are at our discretion.
